ITs the fuel pump.
Mine did the same thing, and I replaced all that you did plus more, but no change.

When I tested the fuel pressure with autozone free fuel pressure test kit, and found the specs were below, I changed the pump, filter, and screen.
I changed the filter first and it raised it slightly, but when I replaced the pump it runs like a new car now.

Lifetime warranty $69 autozone for the pump only.

Did you clean the EGR, though? Better now than when you get a CEL.
