Depends on where the lot is, and of course the sort of house you want. Around here (pretty rural) a nice 1-acre lot with utilities might go for $150K or more.

It depends. 3D extruders can use anything from chocolate to geopolymers.
Geopolymer is what they used to make the Pyramids.

Maybe that 800-million tons of plastic going into the Pacific Ocean each year could be diverted.

plastic only last like 2 years under the sun then the little pieces will end up back into the ocean
also what about fires?? plastic is pretty flammable
it's all ready been tested in real life
plastic panels all ready taken 70 in a single fire..

There are additives to alleviate these problems. Where I work we make PVC tarps with uv stabilizer. Some of those tarps are getting to be in the 30 year old range with only slight sun fading.

Half of that is packaging material shed into the rivers in China, IOW the source is very diffuse.
At best it would be an amendment. No way mixed plastic would be a viable feedstock.
edit: I posted that and then went to Slashdot:

I like the concept of 3D printed houses but this guy is building traditional tiny homes for $15k. I'd rather have the traditional version.

That rough carpentry might fly in TN, but compare: https://www.summitstructures-or.com/
Plus appliances. They use foil-backed T-111 siding and they don't make you pay for the trailer.
