prius wheel on a corolla

I was wondering if 04-08 prius wheels would fit on my 03 corolla ce. The reason i'm asking is because i currently have 215/45/17s on now and would figure they eat at least 3-4mpg. I also was wondering if they are on the better side for the weight.

I don't know offhand, but if you can find the bolt patterns and offsets and they're the same (or close on the offsets) you should be fine. Google ought to turn up that info.

I currently have Corolla 15" steel wheels on my Prius. They weigh 4 lbs more than the Prius alloy wheel. Yes, you can use the Prius wheels on your corolla as long as the original wheels were 15". You will save about 16 lbs in weight.

A 15" alloy was also an option on the 03 Corolla and Matrix. Different design than the Prius but all the specs are the same. Might be easier to find used through an auto parts recycler. Several on ebay @ $125/ea.
