Talking 40 mpg Saturn sl2

Hey modders my names M. Robert(EmRobert). I drive a 1999 Saturn Sl2 5 speed stick. Its stock except for an aftercat exhaust. I periodically inflate the tires to 40-40+ psi. I usually dont...didnt... keep track of mpg. I have been on this website and know the concepts of hypermiling. The other day I decided to see what the green jellybean could do. I filled up with 91 octane and trided to hypermile. I used various amounts of P&G, DWL, and EOC. My route was mostly positive, with two lane highways, gravel roads, and a couple towns(no city driving). 398 miles later I got 40.0 something mpg. Partial skidplate/bellypan might be coming.

Very nice! I love Saturns! What's better than rust and dent resistant panels? Or a 4cyl that goes 300k without a hitch.. My dad gets 46mpg in his 95 SOHC 5spd with minimal Eco driving. My girlfriend hovers around 30 in her 02 SC2 auto. Keep up the good work get a stant 195 degree thermostat few Eco nods and you will hit 45-50!
