Yes I did it! 908 miles! It was tough and tiring. So I drove from northern Ms to Minneapolis,MN. Left at 2 am arrived at 8:30 pm
200 miles into my trip I was only averaging 41 mpg and I said to myself I won't make it at this rate. The highway I was on was flat I'm used to hills where I coast in neutral down them. So I said let me try P&G and see what happens lo and behold every 100 miles I gained 2.5 mpg on my tank! Obstacles I encountered were unknown road work and detours that weren't in my directions also went through a couple towns. I also got pulled over once. It was a speed trap, anyway I only stopped 3 times for food and restroom breaks. When I arrived my gas hand was actually below he E haha. I will add that I forced a half gallon of fuel after it clicked when I filled up to better my odds of making it. I did add a half gallon to my calculations to make the mpg avg correct
I doubt highly I will do this good on the journey home because it was very tiring and I'll be taking a different route home to avoid said road work and detours.
I will add I only ran the A/C for about 30 minutes
