For 2.0 you could make the horns retractable, like a recessed door handle.
I always wonder how to post a link and not the full video.

I like that idea add some doors to alow the load to be carried without removing the cap.
Context ; one can make the empty run at high mpg minimizing the transport cost factor of material . Most of my long loads are 1 way.
For me on android and windows , enter the url in the box that pops up when I click the globe wearing hand cuffs

These are for sedans, but I've always wanted to see an airocap with gull wing or butterfly doors on both sides.

That's scary! Where I see a world spanning hyperlink; you see a world in chains. But I guess because Windows.

The clamshell opening design I've used would lend it self very well to going both ways clam with gull wings .
Could add poles and some creative tent stiching to sleep in the open gull wings clam up or down.

The lower buggy top would have hinge/latches like an old Buick or International truck. Unlatch and open from either side or unlatch both and lift it off.

I like the pictures of the cargo under, makes me think i could do something similar and then tip the whole thing up for a camper deflector. I have some thin cedar fence boards I was thinking of using, like the beautiful T100 aeroshell, but mine will not be that pretty. I would use wider 6" boards in 6' lengths and there would be lots of seams and more "chunkiness" to it. I need a cab spoiler type thing to mount the top hinge too like yours as well. Then pray it can handle strange side winds and such. A couple folding triangle panels on the side to fill in while up would be nice. Oh well, you have inspired me but tomorrow we see how the stock everything works on a long vacation to Cody Wy and back. Maybe a good winter progect.
