Sorry to hear about the exhaust. I had problems with the Metro exhaust like that, so I made my own with some pipe and some luck, but my manifold was good thank God! Did you try Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

I finished the exhaust system. I replaced everything but the Manifold which is still in good shape. I think everything cost about $300.00 total and about 4 hours of time. I needed to fabricate a few bolt holes to fit and I don't have an O2 sensor so I used a Sparkplug with an 18mm thred to close the O2 sensor hole and some high temp. liquid metal to fill the seam. Sounds alot better and quiet.
I'll have to try the Ram air next I am hoping to keep my MPG about 40 . The back seat removal did work with the increase of MPG maybe 2-3 MPG.
