Here we have a 45hp diesel that will fit in a eco car, you just need to increase the spring rate a few 1000lbs and a few dozen other small modifications before this Motor is ready to rock the 21st century.

Looks like a combination of 2 shake lights in a cylinder, a spark plug or 2 and return springs.
