Aaz bfsc (anybody have BFSC for VW AAZ with stock turbo?)

Anyone know the BFSC numbers on the VW AAZ (with stock turbo)? It would have been nice to use know which gears to use under different loads.

If not, is it known if this totally mechanical engine can alter the volume of diesel entering the engine in response to load and turbo-boost?

I'm driving a '95 Golf Mk3 'Pink Floyd,' up here in Norway, in case anyone wondered, and this being my first post.

And btw. A guy on Norway's main give-away site just posted he's giving away a barrel of used motor-oil. Will the AAZ run on this? It's two degrees Celsius here right now.
