For over 10 years people in this town KNEW that EVs were coming. That whole time we had 1 charging station hidden in the dark corner of a 3 floor parking garage (I think we still have only 1).
Meanwhile, city planners and architects swept the idea of outlets or incorporating spaces to charge under the rug. My City-EL came and went: lack of charging stations is 1 reason it had to go.

At least it is a start. Let's see; 30 EVs among 3 counties- each of which have about 30,000 cars. Makes perfect sense to me. {no wonder I failed math}
