Aero Delta shell In the Works

Time permitting, I'll be attempting to replicate one of these shells for one of my delta's....

I grabbed these images some years back - IIRC it is German origin.

That looks awesome!

However, once again it seems like they focused on the aerodynamics of the front, not the back.

Somewhere I have images showing it with side & top covers, so I assume these fowl weather additions would improve the aerodynamics. Not a lot an HPV designer can do, considering reasonable weight & monetary limitations.

The nose shape is good. The tail needs to be fuller and wheels blended better. Get some plans for a glider or sailplane model and Kamm the tail at 75% of the length. Oh yes, a floor pan would be handy.
