Because it likely doesn't make sense to do this as a way to save money (ie. recover your cost). Have you done the math?
No, I haven't crunched the numbers. But I did find some for $75 each. I will sell my current rims for $125 each (EX rims) so when that is said in done I will be ahead by $50, then I will purchase 4 new tires $120 each roughly (michelin energy savers) I need new tires anyways. So in the end I will be saving roughly $50 per new tire that I need to purchase regardless of rim. It makes sense to me.

Oh, I talk about things for fun, but I never actually do anything.

Anyway, Tirerack.com says:

Original Equipment Sizes for 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid
Original Equipment Size: 185/70-14

I thought that they would give me more information to compare the hybrid wheels to the ones for my Subaru:

Original Equipment Sizes for 1999 Subaru Forester L
Original Equipment Size: 205/70-15
