Alkane Dominator: possible U.S.-spec version for the Brazilian Agrale Marruá

I'm more used to the previous generation of the Marruá and, despite its quite crude finishings that would not appeal to the average Joe, it does seem to be a good option for operators looking for something more utilitarian than a Wrangler. It's worth to notice that the company planning to import it to the U.S. as a glider is focusing on an "environmental" approach resorting to gaseous fuels such as CNG and LPG.

Home - Alkane Dominator

OTOH when it comes to engine choices it did surprise me that the Cummins ISF2.8 already fitted to the Marruá and also available as an EPA-certified crate engine is not even mentioned while there are plans for versions with the ISV5.0

It is cool, just quite expensive. I'm not even sure if that U.S.-spec version is going to be cost-effective, even though it's presumably better than the Wrangler.

Remember, this is Brazil. Probably, the rednecks are going to have the "federalized" version cheaper than the current ones cost in Brazil.
