It is an incredible machine and looks totally fun to drive, but if it really becomes popular the govt WILL regulate it safety wise and kill it off. That is one beautiful looking 3 wheeler, I usually hate their looks. I would love a 4 wheel machine that looks like that.

Nope. We already have a number of similar vehicles on the road, already... they haven't changed the rules yet.

The game-changing part here would be the price... which sounds fantastic for something like this.
