In Michigan I've seen tons with the lower curtains but none with the tail.

These guys claim a 12% mpg gain in combination with skirts, so even if it`s 10%, it`s awesome. The design kicks ass, I like how it folds in 4 seconds so that it doesn`t impede truck loading.

I cannot comprehend why fleet owners do not put this on every single one of their trucks. Here in my "Rapist taxes R us" country one big truck costs about 100 000USD a year just in fuel.

Yes, the tail will effect MPG by 6% and both tail and skirts will effect by 12%.

Have not seen the tail in the Mid Atlantic area, but the skirts are everywhere. Schneider has the skirts on every truck in their fleet. There must be some sort of operational problem with the tail that is impeding growth, perhaps backing accidents.

I have been eagerly awaiting seeing these in the Austin, Texas area.
I'm seeing more and more side skirts, but no tails.

Yeah, I've seen a few along the I44 corridor in Missouri and Oklahoma. Simple and effective.
