If you don't see the flaw in this statement, there is a problem.

Just from my past experience... every single vehicle I have owned (9 total) and the numerous rentals I have driven (rough estimate 300+) every time ethanol fuel is used, an observable loss of fuel economy has occured. I had to keep records of fuel used as well as mileage during the rentals, and do it regularly with my POVs. Granted I have not driven everything out there, but I deem it safe to say, that....ethanol sucks for fuel economy. Won't go into the rest of why ethanol sucks.

Wait, so you're telling me that you put a blend of fuel with fewer btu's per gallon into your unmodified random cars and it returned fewer miles of driving per gallon?

The science community must hear of this!

I get way less horsepower and fewer miles per gallon from CNG, should I stop using it even though it's half the price of gasoline, cleaner burning, and domestically produced from non-petroleum sources?
