Assisted push-start

Hey guys. On the list of [over] one hundred ways to increase fuel efficiency, it suggests pushing the car a few different times. I was wondering if any of you would consider it feasible to, for example, install something in your garage to push your car out of the driveway. You would avoid the least efficient part of driving, right?

Since my driveway is a 10 foot rise in 80 feet length, I won't be pushing my car out any time in the future.

depends on the driveway but my driveway is short. i can coast down to the road but if it was flat i wouldn't bother installing that might cost at least $50 to save $0.002 for it to push my car to the road before i start to drive off.

A ramp in the garage. Bump start it on the way out.

I've stuck my leg out the drivers door plenty of times to bump start my car in flat parking lots, a kick or two and the car is rolling fast enough to start it! but at home my driveway is not flat so I just bump start it as I'm coasting, my 40 foot driveway is plenty long, I get started in the first 5 feet.
