An Aussie Connection

Hello All,

I just found this forum. I am considering all alternatives to petrol, for a future build.

Welcome on-board teskimo.

Have you tried any petrol-free car yet ?
Which one would have your preference by now ?

What car are you currently driving and which result do you get ?

Have fun,

Denis.

Unfortunatly my current ride is a 2000 Falcon 4.0 Six 4Spd auto. City between 12-13L/100km. out on the open road we can get in excess of 800km per 60L tank. Might put LPG on it for economy, but reduces power of engine.

I haven't tried any petrol free cars yet, as most the states and federal road rules are just as tough on low speed cars abd high speed cars.

I have been investigating DIY as it can be registered as long as the donor meets the Australian Design Rules
