Back in the game(Replaced Suburban with Mazda B4000)

So as the title says I replaced my 92 Suburban4x4 with a 96 Mazda B4000 4x4.
The good 5spd trans, alot better shape than the sub. Manual hubs, it is new enough for a scan gauge
The bad, needs some work, the od and speedo aren't accurate. Reading 20-30% slow.. Big 4.0 v6 4x4 and on and on.
There is alot of room for improvement, goal with this truck is 25mpg regularly. My friend has a ranger with the same drivetrain as mine and gets 19mpg's so with some hypermiling and some mods I think 25 is reasonable. Still waiting for my Celica, once I have it I will use it for daily and the B will be the weekend rig to haul the dogs and do projects around the house, and bad weather rig.
Planned mods, tonneau cover, roof wing, airdam, scan gauge, electric fan, ac delete.
