Most OTR drivers boast about how many miles they can go between fills, especially the owner/operators.
No driver likes crawling up a hill, its just the nature off hauling 60K lbs.
I see a potential market for short haul and local companies. Their drivers could use some incentive and training to save fuel.
OTOH with deliveries, time is money.

Yes, but without context provided by a visual recording, the ability to make an intelligent judgment is limited, as well as the ability to provide a teaching opportunity to the driver.
