The brake hoses shink inside and restrict the return of the fluid after applying the brakes causing them to drag. An easy way to check for brake drag if all the rims are the same temperature after a 5-10 mile drive.

drive a combined city and country roads. i changed the oil on it and while i was doing that i checked the wheel bearings and i need a new rear driver side bearing and looks like i have a exhaust leak right before the catalytic converter. i will change the spark plug wires and the brake hoses later on. thanx for the help by the way.
