Best Programmable Fuel Injection ECU for Two Cylinder engine

Do any of you know of any good programmable fuel injector kits that will run a two cylinder motorcycle engine? I'm hoping for the ability to fully customize settings, but also has the ability to sense and adjust to changes in atmospheric pressure and elevation changes. Also possibly mass air flow. A DIY kit is preferred but I'm willing to buy off the shelf if its reasonable.
Thanks,

Look up megasquirt. It is a sweet DIY system that you can build or buy partially assembled. There is a lot of information to take in so make sure you have plenty of time. I would have posted a link, but since I have less than 5 posts I am not allowed.

I was going to chime in on Megasquirt as soon as I saw the thread title too.

MS1 with MSextra firmware is your cheapest option. Microsquirt is smaller and more appropriate for applications where space is limited.
Megasquirt Product Comparison

Megasquirt works by reading manifold pressure through a MAP sensor so atmospheric pressure is irrelevant. You can add a second MAP sensor to compensate for altitude effect on back pressure.

Let me know if you have any specific questions. I built and installed 3 so far.

MegaSquirt 3 now supports MAF based fueling, which is more accurate/effecient than the MAP based speed density setup.
