Best quality 12v air pump for tires?

It's becoming difficult to find tire pumps at gas stations (has been for a while) and those that are available, you pay $1-2 for enough time to inflate all four tires. I use a good hand pump, but that is a workout sometimes.

I've been getting people interested in ecodriving and so pumping up tires is the first hurdle. What is the best 12v air pump you have used?

I have a VIAIR 85P. It's the only 12v pump I've ever used, but the reviews are good and I've liked mine. The only issue is that it will blow the 15A fuses on some cigarette lighters. I had to get an adapter to hook it directly to the battery on my Civic, but my Escape's cigarette lighter handles it just fine.

I like this one Sears.com

You can set the pressure and let it go when it hits that psi it shuts off.
