It's been a while since I was in here because it's been a while since I was in the van. Been spending as much time as possible on two wheels lately, either one of my motorcycles or the scooter. That being said, I did recently get the van's AC going again and while I was under the hood replacing every component of that system I took pictures of the cruise control bits and wrote a repair how-to which I traded to a guy for something I'm very excited about. Just opened the package and held them up to the van and and WOW this is gonna be good. Pics will follow when I get a chance to take them but suffice to say a MAJOR aerodynamic goal of mine has been met with FAR less effort than I expected. Stay tuned.

Just mocked up with gorilla tape and I've got to get the weatherstripping yet but I'm very impressed with the fit for aftermarket, small volume fiberglass parts.

Any idea who the manufacturer is? Is there a clamping mechanism that will work?

I got a set of fiberglass Foxcraft reproduction skirts from Welcome to Glass-Action!, and the clamp for the center top interferes with the rear axle.

Manufactured by GO Industries. No clamps. Drill 4 holes, bolt on.

Good thing then that they have the engine in the rear, and a big fan drawing air down off the rear deck air flow.

Active air management from the 1930's?
