Blown fuse IDK what its for/already googled, no results

Ok I was checking all my fuses for any blown, there is one blown but IDK what its for and dont have another "10" fuse to replace it with...

The description on the map says

" B/U LP Switch
EBL SW Clutch Switch"

Is that back up lamp switch? I have no idea haha

Can anyone decode this for me?

Christ 03-28-2010 02:58 PM

back up lamps and EBL(?) and clutch start interlock (if applicable).

Turn your key on, set the parking brake, and put your car in reverse (do not start it). See if your reverse lamps are on.

Yeah no back up lights... Now to figure out what EBL is so I know what else is not working

Electronic (something? Brake?) lockout?

RandomFact314 03-28-2010 03:05 PM

EBL- Emergency Brake Light???????? Possibly?

Christ 03-28-2010 03:07 PM

Sure. Raise your parking brake and tell me if the light comes on.

I also found this.... The fuse is fuse #7....:

the locks fuse is fuse #7, a 10 amp fuse.

E-Brake light DOES come on when e-brake is up...

I think I figured it out! Here:

Electric Back Light, it's the heated rear window, in glass terms a window is referred to as a light

----This sounds correct b/c my rear window defrost has been out for about a 1/2 year, which means I have not had back up lights for a 1/2 year OMG...
