How does that not bind up without a spring shackle? The two arcs are at 90 degrees.

Yes, but just a little earlier - Triumph Herald.

I assume the leaf spring distorts forward, changing toe at the same time.

What happened to the graphic? I'd decide the hub carrier is a spring shackle; now we may never know.

Can't find it there. I'm on page 2 which page are you on? I thought it was Permalink #50.

No big deal. I remember it pretty well. Axle ghosted out to showcase the bearings.

I received the proof copy of the car aerodynamic history book today. I am pretty happy with it. The print quality isn't as good as from a professional publisher but it's better than I have had from Amazon before: I think few people would pick any problems.

Some pics are a fraction down in resolution but again I think that few people will be concerned.

The book is now in its final approval process with Amazon, and then will be publicly available.

Price will be US$45.

It's about 15mm thick, gloss paperback cover and 216 pages.

As far as I know, it's the first full book that covers the history of car aerodynamics.
