i don't see why you would have to disassemble the belly pan, they just need to bring the dogs by like at the Mexican border and have no problems, just like crossing the border with a stock modern car with a belly pan that came from the factory.

and i didn't know they stopped doing the sohc motors I've heard they were a little better on mileage anyway
