I have an 03 cummins diesel 6 speed, the truck won't start, there is pressure at the filter and no codes. Next thing to check is the rail pressure, according to the scangauge site the unit can monitor rail pressure, anybody have theirs read this sensor? My FPR reading is blank not even a 0

I rarely work on dodge diesels, but one of the last times I did had similar symptoms. It was a '99 with a manual, it had a bad shut down relay

This one is all different, apparently fuel injected models can loose fuel pressure into the rail wheinjectors go bad. I need to see if pressure even gets high enough (above 3000 psi) to even start fuel delivery
