screen printing
A local shop uses the UV-reactive inks doing tee-shirts.
The fabric is held in a walking frame, which guarantees perfect registration as the frame passes from one color station to another, on a carousel. UV activation dries each ink between screenings.
You never have to 'clean' anything, because it can't 'go off' without intentionally performing the UV activation.
A dust cover overnight keeps everything 'cleaner' than it'd be without it. And a good filter, plus some outside air entering the HVAC system helps pressurize the building, preventing stray infiltration.
