Can a vacuum leak show up as these codes?

Hey all, I'm currently in florida doing repairs on a 1995 maxima I'm going to use as a daily driver and according to the dealership repair quote needed a new intake plenum gasket, new valve cover gaskets, new control arms, new half-shafts, and some other few odds and ends. Now my question is the engine gave me the codes of idle air control valve and intake air temp sensor, is it in any way possible that a vacuum leak at the plenum gasket can result in these codes being thrown? Symptoms are a rough idle that goes away with more RPM. Engine has already been striped down to the long block but I am trying to figure out if I need to order a new idle air control motor and sensor to fix this, thanks guys!
