China's MG EX LSR descendent

At Cd 0.181, it's not as low as Cd 0.12 in 1957, and it's a BEV, but it'll be interesting to see how she goes.https://newatlas.com/automotive/mg-e...ept-prototype/

An interesting 'two-tunnel' underbody, with the Manta-ray split front end. The wheels are interesting -- apparent exhausts in the wheel face.

Reminds me of Luigi Colani.

' producing the car '

https://ecomodder.com/forum/member-a...er-profile.jpghttps://ecomodder.com/forum/member-a...record-car.jpgMike Hanlon will have to explain how the MG could ever operate on 'roads.'
It doesn't satisfy requirements for approach, breakover, or departure angles.
The vertical wheel articulation constraints imposed by the wheel arches make 'raising' the ground clearance, with an active suspension system impossible.
It would be a 'track-only' vehicle, like the General Motors, OLDSMOBILE AEROTECH, short-tail and long-tail closed-course LSR racers of 1987.
It would be interesting to see it perform at Bonneville where there's no 'curve' resistance as would be encountered on a high-speed oval, and it could reach maximum terminal velocity.
MG would become a household name again in the USA.
