Next time you just drill them out. I never put them back you don't need them. Those little bolts are always a pia.

The screws in the rotor aren't actually that important. When the wheels are on the car, they sandwich the rotors quite effectively between the hub and wheel.

In fact, I know people who claim that the screws are merely there to hold the rotors on the car during assembly at the factory.

Volvo uses 1 that is a guide pin. The wheel can then only be installed 1 way that is so the wheel can be balanced on the car to the hub and rotor. Yes not needed.
