When you were looking at the [mystical] number 23 there is a URL right next to it. If you post that without doubling up the http/https element it would look like this:

If there is, it's invisible to me.

And for a cave-dweller as myself, 'permalink' does not equal 'URL'
There's some presumption that the unanointed will make a connection between the two.

Consider yourself un-unannointed.

The underline is your clue. Mouse-over and compare example and example*.

Back in the day clicked links were red [or purple] and unlinked links were blue but that was too much information for normies.

HTML Link Colors - W3Schools
An HTML link is displayed in a different color depending on whether it has been visited, is unvisited, or is active. HTML Link Colors By default, a link will appear like this (in all browsers): An unvisited link is underlined and blue A visited link is underlined and purple An active link is underlined and red
Hence your difficulties.

* Green links are non-canonical.

How to Install Chromium Browser on Raspberry Pi - Raspians
In a hurry? Follow this quick guide to install Chromium Browser on your Raspberry Pi. 1) Install the package list. Command: sudo apt update. 2) Upgrade installed packages. Command: sudo apt full-upgrade. 3) Install Chromium. Command: sudo apt install chromium-browser -y. 4) Launch Chromium. Launch with the terminal - command: chromium-browser
I don't think I'll be getting to that. An OS update fails because the clock won't synchronize.
