The latest issue of Grassroots Motorsports had an article on the effect of tire rolling resistance on MPGs and drag. The results weren't surprising to those of us familiar with this stuff, but they posted a cool spreadsheet that you can enter your coast-down testing data into to calculate drag and required wheel power.
Doesn't seem to be much to this one --no aero drag or rolling resistance, etc. The online calculator in the tools section can be used to determine the rolling resistance portion of the total drag in a similar coast-down test. There's really no excuse for this spreadsheet since it has no input for aero drag coeff, which nearly every vehicle has listed somewhere out there in the tubes that are the world wide websticle.
