For compressed air cars we are talking about 12,000-15,000 psi, no 80-125psi, low pressure compressed air can be used to start a car, truck or airplane, but not to run one for long distances, and yes, it will work for your A/C, well enough to turn the inside of your in to a subzero freezer, even in the summer.
