Computer-aided drafting, cardboard-aided drafting, and freaking lasers!

Bob wanted to make a giant Optimus Prime head, as one does, but wanted to actually wear it, because who wouldn't?

So, he modeled it, and used a freaking laser to cut out the carboard, and then crafted a true work of art:

EVA foam is a great entry level material. It is relatively easy to cut and shape. The thickness ranges from 2mm to 20mm, and we recommend 6mm for most beginners. The material is very budget friendly at $0.66 per square foot. EVA foam can be cut with standard household scissors or a utility knife. It can easily be molded to shape with a heating gun.

The name is epic. The first uncivilized man, as the name suggests.
