Sounded like one of the short buses the city uses to transport the seniors and disabled. Guy parked it, engaged the pto and it sounded like it was revved to 5 grand.

An engine with at least some 20hp would provide a better overall performance. Those 3-cyl ones made by a joint-venture between Daihatsu and Briggs&Strattons is one of the best options for a Diesel Metro.
