This bit of information may be a showstopper, or at least a major inconvenience: I believe your Honda engine spins counterclockwise as seen from the front(belt) end. The majority of engines including diesels and post-2000 Hondas spin clockwise.
So, unless you have a need for a lot of reverse gears, you'll also need a transaxle, axles, etc.
