Disappearing posts??

I've recently noticed posts disappearing from threads, including some of my own.

I suspect vB bugs rather than foul play, but it is rather annoying to take the time to type up a post and have it disappear later or see something you'd like to reply to later only to find it's gone.

I've had a couple of posts in my introduction thread disappear in which I had responded to questions from other members and there have been two posts in that same thread made by other members that have disappeared.

There are two deleted posts in your intro thread:

1) Old Tele man deleted his post. No reason given.
2) I deleted fifi999's post because he was a spammer.

Thanks for the info.

There were also two occasions I submitted replies in the thread that by all appearances were committed, but I guess they didn't save to the database.
