Distributor Adapter

Does anyone know the name of the adapter between the head and the distributor? And maybe where to get one?

For what car?
If you are looking for one for your Geo Metro, it looks like $35-$50 will get you a whole distributor from a junk yard, otherwise try the dealership, Ebay, or craigslist, you could also put a want ad in the classified ad section of this forum as a few people have spare engines that they might be willing to pull parts off of and mail to you.
