dodge truck and the grove questions

Dies this groove craps work or is another tornado. My truck is a01 dodge ram 4x4 getting like 10 mpg got a cai no muffler 3.55 gears 360 gas engine modded tv vacume gauge new front 02 sensor tune up and other thingies don't have data on New 02 sensor yet but tel me what you think and I'll fill in anything I have and forgot
