I found two options ... If no one is able to find the data from 1994 to 2005 that they are looking for on-line.


Option #1>
Pay TIS ( Technical Information Services ) at the NHTSA $45/Hour +$0.10 per page of their report ... to research it at the NHTSA for you... you agree to pay first ... they give you the bill after they do the research... give you the research after you pay.

The TIS Reading Room at E12-100 at the above mailing address is open to the public to do your own research for free Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM... if you happen to be in Washington DC.

Because Boarders Books is closing I picked up the Consumer Reports car buying guide for just a few bucks, then started looking up their reliability ratings of the vehicles that have most of their parts made in the USA... needless to say, if I wanted to buy a car that was close to 90% made in the USA and had good reliability I would be hard pressed to find it.
