I am pretty sure he'd be aware there was traffic behind him. On a busy 4 lane highway if it wasn't me it would be someone else.
As we joined the Forth Road Bridge another car squeezed in in front of me and I lost my tow. Once we cleared the 40 mph average speed camera zone, beyond the bridge, he beetled off, and I got a tow up the long incline into Fife.
