Up until this point, Mercedes-Benz has been the only option for a ridiculous 6x6 vehicle...

You could always put a pickup bed on a Peterbilt chassis, or you can pick up a US military surplus 6x6 for a lot less: 5 Ton Cargo Trucks For Sale | GovPlanet Though it probably won't have cupholders :-(

And that thing's a wuss, doesn't even have duals on the rear wheels.

I never drove a military vehicle with cupholders, but Heaven help you if you do not have a full Camelbak, even if you are indoors in the winter.
