Ecomodded Bus

While in Las Vegas last week I noticed they had several Eco modded Buses



Are there any other city's doing this???

The local metro uses biodiesel and a few hybrid buses... Here is a site with a video about the hybrid bus.

As it is now I don't think they are going to fork out the moola to replace their fleet. I'm pretty sure the reason is the wheels haven't fallen off of their existing fleet yet.

I believe we have some hybrid busses in Syracuse - I think it's a GREAT application for hybrid technology.

I do recall seeing the aero-busses in Vegas. I was there for work, so, I didn't leave the convention center.
