Ecomodder.com Torque App plugin

I got the torque app and the cheap bluetooth adapter. It is pretty decent, a few flaws but for the price it is good. There are a few things that make it less practical then a permanently attached scanguage. Having to connect each time could get annoying. It is a good tool to learn and tweak your driving skills as long as you don't need a readout every time you drive. I wouldn't have the first clue how to do it but I am sure somebody on here has the skills that would make it very simple to do? I was thinking that it would be really cool to have a Torque Ecomodder.com plugin. If it was popular enough somebody may even make a few bucks of it. I have a feeling that many of the flaws could be addressed through programming?
-Autostart on bluetooth connection
-0mpg while idle should affect you average mpg
-remember blutooth password
-select displays that matter as an eco-minded user and display them on phone widget
-sync with Ecomodder.com

It also needs coast-down data collection and analysis via GPS. And if available pull data from a local weather station to include in the model calculations.
