ECU Upgrades
Ok I am looking into a ECU upgrade if they make it for my car to change my shift points to allow better economy. But dose anyone know of a company that makes ECU upgrades that can lean out my air fuel ratio?

2 cars one never gets driven the other is an MPG project already at 5% increase in standard driving economy CAI and Pulstar plus. Thinking weight reduction next year.

Did you ever find an ECU that would work? Also, any idea if peak torque could be shifted to lower RPMs using an ECU?

more like TCU (Transmission Control Unit)
There are some aftermarket ones for american cars.

Thanks I've just looked up a few online and the TCU looks like it's what I wanted. Now I just have to find one for my Forester.
