Good. Unlike here, where there is no such thing as The Boonies anymore.

But the odds are good that that 0.8 of a person is a) armed, and b) there to enjoy peace & quiet.
It also means there are going to be no witnesses :-)

Chances are that person with in one mile is a farmer, farm hand or dairy worker who has a coal rolling 4x4 ford or dodge diesel pickup with a straight pipe exhaust that is almost as loud.

My sister bought an Accord with a fart can muffler. I always encouraged her to replace it--and to push the button when she set the hand brake.

In the 1950s, on the Souhern Oregon coast, there was a guy that had a Chevy six with split manifold. My cousin said when he started up in the morning. they could hear it at the store 2 miles way.
Of course, in the 50s, I had conversations with my cousins in their yard, 3/8 mile away.

Open pipes. I always consdered Harleys with such to be decent moving target practice in SHTF scenarios. Work out the kinks with 9.3 mm Brenneke solids.
