I remember this thing from SEMA 04 I'm amazed that they are still in business.
I was interested in more info, then someone called it the electric supercharger 2.0 and I walked away.

Rats! I wish I was there. But, then again, I had no interest in this stuff in '04.

This update leads me to believe that we should be able to find some independent info on it :

Jan 24th, '07: From the Inventor: We have been awarded a grant from the State of Texas to develop the Heavy Truck system and the prototype will be ready by the end of August. We are also expecting another grant from the State of Texas on the Mild Hybrid kit and our first fleet customer will get to test our Plug-In hybrid kit soon. There's alot of things going on and we are getting closer to the launch date for the general public.
The idea that they claimed to be targeting heavy trucks makes me think that the system *might* be too big for smaller cars. I think it would be easier to "scale it big" for big truck engine bays rather than "scale it small" for econocars.

I didn't have a specific interest either . . . But Always interested in new (2 me) Ideas.

I don't see why This couldn't work, not sure how well it would work, but . . . ..

How about if you removed your Powersteering pump, replaced it with one from an MR2 (electric pump) Then installed an ETEK where the Pump was previously?
