Ev9 wheels

Saw my first Kia ev9 today. Probably the most fully closed wheel covers I’ve ever seen on a production car. Barely any brake cooling. The tint slots are barely noticeable. They must’ve given the regen brakes extra strength to recapture energy or they were desperate to squeeze out extra range. I’m
Surprised they did this on a heavy bigger suv versus smaller and lighter cars

I was interested, but the price is absurd.

It surprises me how fragile egos are that will reject a superior function minivan by paying tens of thousands more to have a not-as-good-as-a-minivan, but not a minivan.

Some Dood on the Chrysler forum was showing how he lowered his Pacifica and put huge rims on it, because that's important.

I actually saw a sienna hybrid van lowered but with giant gold rims in Gresham a few weeks ago. Wonder if the negative and positive aero canceled each other out lol

I already scrape the Pacifica in the transition from road to parking lot in stock form. Would hate to make that situation even worse.

Bling was en vogue. And Moon disks were popular.

I never had a car long enough to need brake or clutch work. But I do know that when four-wheel drums go wading in the water, they fill up and cease function.
